Proof of purchase – your receipt is required for any refund. Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a refund and goods to be returned at your own expense.

Private lessons will require 7 days written notice by email for a full refund. Refunds will be issued by your original payment method and will require proof of purchase.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time will depend on your location: 2-10 business days for Australia; overseas shipping will be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number.
